从各个区域的企业的整体状况来说,美企一般对员工的职业生涯规划比较具体且有针对性,而且美企也是最具包容性的,讲究的是业绩,欧企次之,再则是日韩,最后才是国内的内资企业。
可以这么来说吧,很多著名的管理学家都是出自于美国,特别是近百年来几乎就是美国的世界,所以美企在各方面都较先行一步,欧企次之,然后才是日韩企业,最后才是内资企业。
但是刚才说的只是一般规律,除此之外,还有特殊性,就算是美企也有做得不太好的企业,日韩企业甚至是内资企业也有做得很成功且非常有发展潜力的,所以很多时候不能单纯从企业资本性质来判断,更要从企业的基本情况跟文化来判断。
